I teach yoga to help you quieten the mind, shift the energy in your body and bring you back to your authentic self. 

I have been practising yoga for 10 years and teaching for almost 5.

​

I am trained in Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Mandala Vinyasa but first and foremost my teaching is guided by the people in the space and what you need.

It's a privilege to share this beautiful practice with you.
