If you want to feel connected to your voice, you need to know that…

Your voice is intrinsically linked to the rest of your being—mind, body, and spirit.

When we connect to our own sound, we step into our truth, allowing us to communicate with authenticity—with the world around us, the story we’re telling, and the people we serve.

But here’s the thing—it’s not always that easy. We all carry ideas about how we should sound, whether we’re speaking or singing. Sometimes those ideas feel aligned. Other times, they don’t—and that can leave us feeling disconnected from our own voice.

The voice is not a stand-alone instrument; it carries the imprint of your energy, physicality, and the state of your nervous system. When we honour this connection and work in alignment with the rest of our selves, using the voice with ease, authenticity and presence becomes easier.

My role as a Holistic Voice Coach is to help you understand and honour the connection between your body, mind, and voice. Together, we’ll explore how to nurture and restore that balance, supporting you in reconnecting with your sound—gently guiding you to blend mind-body connection with research-based vocal techniques, and offering the freedom your voice has been craving.

This may include:

  • vocal exercises

  • somatic movement like yoga

  • mindful practices like meditation & breath work

  • sound healing practices like toning, chanting, etc.

  • positive affirmations

  • journaling

I work with individuals who are committed to exploring their voice with intention—whether you're a performer, a teacher, or a healer, and whether you're speaking or singing. If you’re someone who seeks a deeper connection to your sound, values authenticity, and is ready to move beyond surface-level performance, I’d love to work with you.
